Bulk Mailing

The responses stored in the database can be used for bulking mailing to one or more responders. The text of the messages can be a file, an HTML file, a pasted message or a mail merge. A mail merge allows you to add the persons details to the message.

 

To use bulk mailing do the following:

  1. Logon to the Advanced form Handling Administration
  2. Select the responses you wish to mail
  3. Complete the form describing what you are mailing, the subject and where the message should be found.
  4. Send the emails

Complete Email Form

Press the Email button and the following form will be displayed. This allows you to decide the subject of the email and where the body of the message will come from. In this example the mesage was typed into the mail message box at the bottom of the form

 

 

Doing The mailing

 

Pressing the continue button will send the message to all or selected persons.
