The responses stored in the database can be exported to a
file. This file is in standard delimited format that can be
used in a variety of other computer applications such as
EXCEL, Access or any application taking comma delimited data.
To export data do the following:
- Logon to the Advanced form Handling Administration
- Select the responses you wish to export
- Complete the form describing where and how to export
- Export the data
Select Table
Complete Export Form
Press the Export button and the following form will be
displayed. This allows you:
- Determine the file where data is exported
- Folder where data is exported
- Which fields if you choose not to export all fields
- The delimiter between the fields
- The data is stored on you server.
