Advanced Form Handling used Microsoft facilities to read
the templates and configuration files. There are some
anti-virus settings in Norton and McAffee that seem to put the
system into a loop when the reading is attempted.
The
solution to this problem is to turn of Script Blocking
in your anti Virus software.
