Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management within 14-days after date of purchase.  

In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. Prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read and understood the Guide Details and software requirements.

Because of the many variations of Comersus, a refund will not be automatically issued unless we are give a chance to correct a problem. Simply send an email to support@hkprog.com with the following details:

• URL of your site
• Details of the problem including how to reproduce it

We can normally resolve any issues with hours depending on time differences.
