I would like to say thank you for making the code for the 500 errors. Your code was the key point in figuring out why these 500 errors are happening.

Since November of last year we have been having 50 - 100 site errors per day. The search engines all but dropped our pages out of their cache as they could not walk our pages.

All attempts to replicate the 500 errors that we were seeing in our stats failed. We could not reproduce the errors. Over a 10 month period all of our sales (around $15,000 a month) fell to NIL because we lost all ranking in the search engines because they were not able to walk our website. The hosting company could not reproduce the error therefore we had nothing to go on to start fixing the issue.

The server guys were blaming the networking.
The networking guys were blaming the database.
The database guys were blaming the code.
The coding guys were blaming the server.

So, you can understand how frustrating it can be when you are losing everything that you worked for years to achieve because nobody wants to troubleshoot or even knows how to begin to troubleshoot the issue.
